Which forms of payment do you accept for orders placed online?

We accept payment via credit and debit cards. Specifically, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. At this time, we do not accept checks, money orders, cashier's checks, or purchase orders for payment of orders placed online.

When will my order ship?

Most orders placed by 3:00 pm Central, Mon-Fri, will usually ship the same day, providing credit card information is correct, your order is not oversize air, and it is not a holiday. Orders placed after 1 p.m. Central will ship out the next business day. Exceptions might occur if there is a problem getting a correct authorization with the credit card used to place the order.

How will my order be shipped? Which shipping method will be used?

You can choose the shipping method from a drop-down menu on the order page when you place your order. We offer:

  • USPS FlatRate Shipping
  • USPS for all APO/FPO Deliveries

How long will it take to receive my order?

Arrival time depends on your geographic location. Most orders placed by 3:00 pm Central, Mon-Fri, will usually ship the same day, providing credit card information is correct, your order is not oversize air, and it is not a holiday. Orders placed after 3 p.m. Central time will ship out the next business day. Do you ship internationally or process APO or FPO orders?

We do not offer international shipping at this time, but there is an international up-charge added to your shipping total. We also process all APO and FPO Orders.

How do I make changes to or cancel my order?

We have set up our system to automatically process your order as quickly as possible. For that reason, we CANNOT make changes to or cancel your order after it has been submitted on our website. Please double-check all of your address information, the products you ordered, and the shipping method you have selected prior to completing your order. If an error is made, we need you to receive the order and return it (if the return policy allows) for a refund. We are unable to refund your cost of shipping and handling if you decide that you do not want an order after it has been completed and sent. Our goal is to ship orders immediately, so we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

I am a little concerned about using my credit card on the internet. How safe is it?

Ordering on our site is as safe as placing an order over the phone, thanks to the security measures we have in place. When you enter your personal information, you are on a secure connection ("Secure Sockets Layer" or SSL for short). This is the same standard of security used by many financial institutions.
